We ship using a variety of methods such as Fed Ex, UPS or US Postal Service.  The method is determined by the warehouse location it ships from. 

Shipping is $4.99 for orders over $30.00.  If the order is less than $30.00,  it will be $6.99.

Spend more than $175.00 and we will gladly ship it for free using the method of our choice. Only within the USA
